Information we receive may include general information, your personal information, course information, product ideas, ideas for inventions, product reviews, product evaluations, online discussions and all other forms of communication and interaction which take place within the Innovative YouthSM Program.
How We Use Information:
We maintain your personal information in a private, confidential database that is used solely for internal purposes and is not made available to the public. At our sole discretion, all other forms of information we receive from you regarding projects, products or ideas may be maintained as confidential or may be disclosed in various public forums as a part of the Innovative YouthSM Program. Other than your personal information, when you transmit information to us we will have the right to use any and all such information as we see fit without a requirement for future approval or compensation.
We use personal email addresses and phone numbers for communication purposes only and this information is not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better develop and promote the Innovative Youth Program. For example, we may tabulate that X number of individuals participated in the program or visited a certain area on our website, and this information may be shared with advertisers, clients or other participants in the Innovative YouthSM Program, but we do not disclose personal information that could be used to identify individuals.
Finally, we do not use or share personal information provided to us or that we obtain in ways that are inconsistent with the operation of the Innovative YouthSM Program, our participant agreements or this Privacy Policy.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect for the Innovative YouthSM Program.
How You Can Correct Your Information
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that shows the error and your requested correction.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
